TSG sells verified mobile components, not mystery parts. Every gold-bearing component must pass source, material, and functional authentication before resale.
No in-house gold recovery and no used battery resale.

Layer 1: Supplier control
Prefer OEM, authorized, or documented refurbisher sources. Anonymous bulk lots are allowed only as scrap.
Layer 2: Visual and microscope inspection
Inspect plating color, worn pins, oxidation, scratches, uneven solder, adhesive, and mismatched QR or serial marks.
Layer 3: XRF testing
Use XRF sample testing for high-risk or high-value lots before assembly, resale, or marketplace publication.
Layer 4: Functional and stress testing
Test wattage, data transfer, thermal behavior, resistance, calibration, touch, brightness, biometrics, and repeated plug cycles as applicable.

Inventory cannot publish to Listo, partner storefronts, or buyer-facing catalogs until SOP disposition is `APPROVE_FOR_RESALE`.
Failed lots remain in quarantine, Labs review, or certified scrap/recycling. SOP output does not approve suppliers or release shipments.
